Macro Photography

As a self-taught amateur photographer, I find that macro photography can be very unforgiving as taking photos at such zoomed-in levels tends to show up every little mistake that you make. Either a shallow depth of field or even incorrect lighting can result in your photo looking less than ideal.

By posting about macro photography, I hope to share all that I have learned about photographing miniatures as I try to improve my skills in this field. So coming soon is a series of posts detailing the Dos and Don'ts on taking photographs of miniatures so that we may learn together.
